The mixture was also carefully prepared this time so that, unlike other products (such as inulin), the appearance of unpleasant bloating or other digestive complaints is almost completely avoided. ResistAid® arabinogalactan represents the top category of fibers in many respects. In light of our professional goals, this fiber complex of ours is also fully suitable for use in low FODMAP, AIP, ketogenic (or to try SCD and SIBO) diets, and it does not contain any allergenic ingredients. It is worth taking along with vitamins C and also in connection with all kinds of digestive complaints: GERD (reflux), IBS, IBD, functional digestive disorders (this is also the case with eczema), especially when:

- if you get various infectious diseases (e.g. specifically viral) more often.
- if we want to prevent seasonal illnesses (e.g. flu and other upper respiratory complaints).

Application:

1 large portion (6 grams) in the morning or 2 x 3-4 grams per day (a heaped teaspoon portion) mixed with liquid. Higher doses are also well tolerated. According to research, the ideal dose for an individual is 6-12 grams. For children, in proportion to their body weight (between 3-10 years, usually half a portion).

Special mixture of organic gum arabic + Resist Aid® arabinogalactan: arabinogalactans are special, partially dietary fiber sources belonging to the group of complex carbohydrates - also known as polysaccharides. They occur in large quantities in the walls of plant cells - so they have been part of the human diet for thousands of years. In addition to certain foods and herbs, arabinogalactans are also widely present in certain parts of trees - their most important modern source is the North American, western larch trees, whose unique feature is the excellent water solubility and high stability of the arabinogalactan they contain.

Resist Aid arabinogalactan represents the top class of fibers in many ways: it is extracted by a natural, steam-based, patented process from wild red pines, which grow abundantly and sustainably in North America. In addition, our base material is not only a water-soluble dietary fiber, but also contains bioactive polyphenolic flavonoids, which gives it unique antioxidant properties. The resulting final product thus remains pure and structurally unchanged, a completely unique complex of active ingredients.

Larch arabinogalactan is therefore, on the one hand, an excellent and selective source of fiber (easily digestible, rarely causes complaints), which is approved by both EFSA and FDA. It has been shown to increase the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFA) and reduce the formation and absorption of ammonia. Evidence also indicates that human consumption of larch arabinogalactan can have a significant effect on the improvement of the microflora, in particular by increasing the number of anaerobic bacteria such as Lactobacillus.

Abstract: larch arabinogalactan (Resist Aid®) can prevent cold-like infections due to its immune-regenerating properties. The effects of the self-developed larch arabinogalactan preparation were investigated in a placebo-controlled, double-blind, randomized clinical trial in relation to its properties affecting the occurrence and symptoms of colds and immune function. A total of 199 participants who self-reported having had three colds within 6 months were randomized to receive 4.5 g of arabinogalactan preparation or placebo over a 12-week period. Cold episodes were confirmed by doctors.

Results: arabinogalactan tended to reduce the incidence of colds. Arabinogalactan supplementation significantly reduced the number of participants affected by colds.
