FNIRSI SWM-20 Handheld Spot Welding Machine

The FNIRSI SWM-20 is a compact, portable spot welder for battery packs, e-bike repairs, smartphone battery replacement and a wide range of electronics and DIY projects. Its peak welding current of up to 1,200 A produces strong, repeatable spot welds on nickel-plated steel, pure nickel, iron and copper in thicknesses from 0.1 to 0.5 mm. The dual-pulse technology removes the oxide layer from the material surface with the first pulse, while the second pulse completes the weld for cleaner, more stable joints.

A 2.4-inch color TFT display shows voltage, temperature and all key welding parameters in real time, and the rotary knob allows quick, precise adjustments across more than 10,000 power levels. The 5,000 mAh battery supports up to 1,500 welds per charge, and the unit can also work as a power bank through its USB-C port.

Eight protection functions guard against overheating, overcharging, short circuits and voltage fluctuations, and an auto-shutdown timer can be set between 0 and 99 minutes.
