FNIRSI SG-002 multifunctional voltage and current signal generator

The FNIRSI SG-002 is a multifunctional voltage and current signal generator designed for testing, diagnosing and commissioning automation systems. It produces ±12 V voltage signals and 0–24 mA current signals and works in both active and passive modes. Compatibility with 2-, 3- and 4-wire installations makes it suitable for a wide range of setups. After calibration it delivers high accuracy of up to 0.05 V or 0.05 mA. Its compact dimensions of 89 × 69 × 28 mm make it a convenient mobile signal source.

The generator is built for industrial applications and works with PLCs, inverters, proportional valves, converters and control systems. Support for both active and passive outputs allows testing of almost any type of analogue input without additional resistors or external power sources.

A wide choice of voltage ranges is available, including ±12 V, ±5 V, 0–10 V, 2–10 V and 0–5 V, along with the common 0–20 mA and 4–20 mA current standards. A rotary encoder with coarse and fine adjustment modes lets you set a value quickly and then fine-tune it precisely. The four-digit LED display offers eight brightness levels, and the last set values are restored after a restart.
