Flavogard 50 mg tablette 30 pcs

The active ingredient of Flavogard is Pycnogenol, from French coastal pine (Pinus maritima).

bark extract, which contains various antioxidants in a concentrated form.

Pycnogenol is one of the most well-known and researched natural substances in the world. The 40 year old

the result of intensive research work are the known mechanisms of action from which the benefits arise

it has been shown in nearly 100 clinical trials. Nearly 700 different Pycnogenol-based products

available worldwide.

The main biochemical effects of the extract demonstrated in clinical tests:

• powerful antioxidant that neutralized free radicals in the blood circulation, as well as

stimulated the production of antioxidant enzymes within the cells,

• recycled oxidized vitamin C into its bioactive form, protecting vitamin E from it

from oxidation,

• binds collagen and elastin, protects it from enzymatic degradation, thus enhancing the skin

elasticity and strengthening the vessel walls against leaks,

• promoted the production of nitric oxide (NO), which is involved in the dilation of blood vessels and the formation of blood clots

plays an important role in inhibiting

• reduced the production of certain inflammatory substances,

• improved the function of large and small blood vessels.

Pycnogenol can help the human body reduce the factors that cause the overproduction of free radicals (e.g.

UV radiation, polluted air, smoking, uncontrolled diabetes, physical as well as

emotional stress, excessively exhausting exercise) and/or their harmful effects have already developed

in case of. The above effects have led to many favorable results in clinical trials, which

based on the fact that the active ingredient of Flavogard contributed to the strengthening of the vessel wall and the improvement of blood circulation, that is

to improve joint function and mobility, to improve respiratory function, skin elasticity

to increase and slow down skin aging, to increase endurance.

Flavogard is the first Hungarian Pycnogenol-containing preparation, which is made in a pharmaceutical factory,

and contains only natural materials.
