The Fischer UX 6x50 R K universal plug is a versatile fixing solution made of nylon that works with a wide range of building materials. It can be used for fixing into concrete, solid brick, plasterboard, calcium silicate brick, aerated concrete and natural stone, among others.
The plug requires a 6 mm drill hole and suits wood screws, chipboard screws and screws with a shank. Its flange makes it suitable for pre-assembly work as well. The pack contains 20 light grey plugs in cardboard packaging.
Typical uses include hanging pictures, curtain rails, lights and skirting boards. The required screw length is made up of the plug length, the thickness of the item being fixed, and once the screw diameter.
