Headlight polishing paste - a special, high-quality paste for renewing headlight lenses
The highly effective abrasive particles provide a second youth to all lamps made of plastic or glass. If the headlights are yellowed or too scratched, the K2 LAMP DOCTOR treats them perfectly.
The renovation can be done manually, by machine or with a polishing machine.

Thanks to the K2 LAMP DOCTOR, the lenses regain their original transparency and brightness, which directly improves their operation, road lighting and traffic safety.

K2 LAMP DOCTOR pastes are safe to use on other transparent items such as plexiglass in motorcycles, caravans, boats and even airplanes.
USE:
Machine polishing:

1. We recommend covering the edges of adjacent surfaces with protective tape
2. Before polishing, seriously damaged headlights must be roughened with 2000-3000 grit paper
3. Clean and degrease the surfaces.
4. Apply the paste to the polishing sponge
5. Apply the paste at a low speed (approx. 600 rpm), then increase to approx. to 1200 rpm. It must be polished until the surface of the headlight is shiny
6. Clean the surfaces with a microfiber material

Manual polishing:

1. Clean and degrease the surfaces
2. Apply the paste with a sponge or microfiber cloth and buff until shiny and smooth
3. Clean surfaces with a microfiber cloth
