Turn it on by pressing the Measure button.
After switching on, the thermometer is immediately ready for use and its display shows the surrounding temperature.
Set the thermometer to measure body temperature.
Aim it at the bare forehead from a distance of 5-15cm, then press the Measure button.
The thermometer beeps once after the measurement is completed - approx. 1 second.
The display of the fever meter turns red and beeps continuously when a high fever has been measured.
After 10 seconds of inactivity, the thermometer turns off automatically.
It works with 2 AA batteries, which enable about 40,000 measurements. In addition to body temperature, it is also suitable for measuring the surface temperature of objects.
