Konnersport Butler F1 racing team
The story focuses on the fictional Konnersport Butler F1® racing team and its 2022 and 2023 F1® seasons. The relationship between the rising young star, Aiden Jackson, and his bold and arrogant veteran teammate, Devon Butler, is very bad. When a personal problem threatens the future of one of them, Devon's younger sister Callie Mayer, who recently won F2®, enters the picture. British racing driver Jamie Chadwick and Sky Sport F1® reporter Natalie Pinkham helped the writing team bring Callie's story to life. The leader of the team, Casper Akkerman, must find a balance between the affairs of the team and his family, while also facing the manipulative tendencies of Devon and Callie's father (Davidoff Butler, who is also the team's biggest financial supporter). The story unfolds through gameplay and cinematic cut-through videos, and is driven by your decisions, exactly as you see these characters.

F1® World
The brand new F1® World is the new center for varied daily, weekly and constantly changing seasonal content and events, where you can learn about the world of Formula 1® through the new Tech Level development system.

New events
Complete fresh challenges and take part in the various Solo Series challenges, where you can set off in single-player mode to explore the different game modes, tracks and experiences of F1® 23. Get to know the tracks, perfect your driving technique, discover the F2® content, compete in the supercar invitational races, where more excitement awaits you. Single-player and multiplayer events offer a whole host of daily, weekly and seasonal events for fans of both single-player and multiplayer modes. From multiplayer grand prix to race week celebrations to timed challenges, there's something for everyone every day of the week.

Tech Level
Thanks to the new Tech Level development system, you can continuously improve your F1® World car throughout the season. Complete challenges, compete online and take part in constantly updated events throughout the season to earn upgrades in the Tech Level system, which levels show the performance of your F1® World car. As you progress through the Tech Levels, the performance of the car will increase and you will be able to compete in more challenging events. Of course, you can also participate in events above your Tech Level, but that is a more serious challenge. Better players can exceed the performance predicted by their car's Tech Level, but only to a certain extent.

Developments
Earn upgrades, spend time customizing and tuning your F1® World car in the garage to make it faster and more powerful. F1® World upgrades are available in two categories: car parts and team members. Car parts increase the performance of the car in the game. Team member upgrades provide additional "equipable" items through a contract system that can be used to further increase your performance.

Object making
F1®'s new item crafting system allows you to use resources to create various improvements based on blueprints, as well as other options to modify the gameplay, as well as craft new collectible stickers for the Compendium, and so on.
