The EK-Quantum Vector RTX RE Ti D-RGB high-performance water block is an evolution of the original EK-Quantum Vector water block, where the standard 12 V RGB is replaced by a 5 V D-RGB with separately addressable diodes. This water block is specially designed for several reference NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2080 Ti graphics cards. This product is also compatible with reference NVIDIA GeForce RTX SUPER cards. See the EK Configurator software for detailed compatibility. The cooling motor is polished with an optimized flow pattern to achieve even better performance. It offers extended compatibility that includes multiple reference design pcb graphics cards.

The water block directly cools the GPU, VRAM and VRM (Voltage Regulation Module) as the coolant is directed directly towards these critical areas. These newly developed blocks have a redesigned cooling engine that is larger in size compared to the previous generation of EK. This results in a larger surface area for heat transfer, which increases the performance of these blocks.

EK Vector Series water blocks have Open Split Flow cooling engine, which is an excellent solution for GPU. It features low hydraulic flow restriction, meaning it can be used with weaker water pumps or low speed pumps and still deliver excellent performance. The geometry of the fins and rib structure has been optimized to ensure even flow distribution with minimal loss and optimal performance, even in reverse water flow environments.

EK-Vector RTX 2080
The base of the block is CNC machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while the top is CNC machined from high quality acrylic. The seal is provided by high-quality EPDM O-rings. Brass spacers are already pre-installed and allow for safe and easy installation. The aesthetic front element is illuminated with LED strips and can be easily removed to replace the LED strip with the desired solution. This product is compatible with RGB sync technology from all major motherboard manufacturers. The arrow pointing to the 4-pin LED connector must be connected to the +5V marking of the RGB socket.

EK recommends getting a backplane that improves the aesthetics of the graphics cards, but provides additional passive cooling for the GPU core and VRM section of the circuit.
