Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, ground flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum), ground plantain leaf (Plantago lanceolata L.), magnesium stearate.
Recommended consumption: 3 x 2 tablets per day, before meals.
In stubborn cases, you can also take 3 x 3 tablets for a few days, until the stool becomes daily!!
