Eden Premium pasta is made according to our own recipe in our pasta factory. It owes its pleasant taste to the yellow sweet potato flour, which retains its texture even after cooking. We did not use eggs or soy for the dough.

Millet is easily digestible, yet its nutritional value is high. Due to its nutritional value, it may be worth adding it to your diet. Millet is naturally gluten-free and usually contains a significant amount of essential amino acids.

Plantain husks and bamboo fiber can be good sources of fiber in everyday life. By consuming foods with a high fiber content, we can benefit our digestion and slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.

Ingredients: millet flour (51%), bamboo fiber flour, drinking water, yellow sweet potato flour, plantain husk flour

Preparation suggestion: Cook in boiling water at a low temperature for 3-5 minutes, when ready, strain and rinse with plenty of water. Serve as desired. Enjoy your meal!
