DUNLOP Koordinációs ladder 4 m

One of the most important features of the coordination ladder is that it encourages the nervous system to make as many muscle groups as possible move faster based on the collected information.

Thanks to this, we can use it to improve our speed, reaction time or balance, and it also plays a big role in training aimed at preventing injuries.

Its use is recommended already in childhood, since it is better to start developing footwork and sense of rhythm at a young age.

Thanks to its design, it is an extremely versatile tool, so it is perfect even for tennis players to develop explosiveness and specific foot movements on the court.

The rungs of the coordination ladder are connected on both sides by a strong tape, the distance between which can be changed individually.

The maximum length of the ladder is 4 m.

The set includes 4 hooks with which the ladder can be attached.
