The aim of our series is to develop mother tongue competence. The task sets of the publications primarily measure comprehension, but some of the tasks are used to improve text creation. The workbooks have been compiled in such a way that the tasks are related to as diverse types of texts as possible, including narrative, explanatory and document-type texts. Our goal was to develop the students' mother tongue competence in many ways. The task collections prepare the students for the competence measurements and for solving the reading comprehension and text creation tasks of the secondary school admission. Books are also recommended for school or home practice.
