Method of application:
As needed, apply a 1-2 cm long gel to the painful area up to 3 times a day and massage it in. The gel can also be used as part of a massage treatment in the affected area. In case of blunt injuries, such as bruises, the massage can be started after 48 hours at the earliest.

Composition: Water, denatured alcohol, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, panthenol, aroma (arnica extract, rosemary oil, sage oil, methyl salicylate, pine oil, camphor, menthol), perfume, acrylates/C 10-13 alkyl acrylate cross-polymer, propylene- glycol, potassium sorbate, citric acid, allantoin, pine green dye, sodium hydroxide.

Area of use:
Cooling gel for external support in the treatment of acute muscle and joint pain, especially in the case of bruises, strains, sprains and overuse.
Contraindications:
Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.
Precautions and Warnings:
- Complaints to be handled can have different causes. If you do not experience improvement, you should consult a doctor.
- Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding - if it is still necessary, use only after consultation with your doctor.
- Do not use in children under 6 years of age; laryngeal spasm may occur in infants and young children under 2 years of age.
- Avoid contact with eyes - do not use on face or mucous membranes.
- Do not use on open wounds.
- Do not use with medicines or special skin care products at the same time (wait at least 24 hours before applying)
- Do not use if you suffer from pulmonary asthma or other respiratory diseases.
- Contains essential oils as well as camphor and menthol.

Suggested dosage, method of application:

In case of blunt injuries, such as bruises, the massage can be started after 48 hours at the earliest. Do not cover the treated skin area! Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use.
