Ingredients:
pink capsule: glucomannan (from devil's tongue extract), plantain seed extract, inulin, gelatin, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), color (titanium dioxide, iron oxide).
green capsule: green tea extract, Indian nettle extract, Garcinia cambogia extract, gelatin, chromium picolinate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, magnesium silicate), coloring (titanium dioxide, brilliant blue FCF, tartrazine).
Dosage: 2 x 1 pink capsule daily in the morning and before lunch with plenty of liquid (at least 2-3 dl); and 1 green capsule in the evening.
In the morning and before lunch
Use the pink capsule containing fiber before breakfast and lunch. Glucomannan, plantain husk and inulin are good swelling fibers. That is why it is important to swallow it with plenty of liquid (at least 2-3 dl) so that the capsule gets into the stomach and takes effect there.

Evening
In the evening, use the green capsule containing herbs and chromium. Garcinia cambogia promotes the conversion of fats into energy, Indian nettle supports weight control and helps regulate fat metabolism. Chromium participates in the normal metabolism of macronutrients and contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels.
Regular exercise (at least 3 x 30 minutes per week) and adequate fluid intake are recommended for active weight loss.
Due to the high swelling capacity of glucomannan, the pink capsule must be taken with plenty of liquid, making sure that the capsule enters the stomach. Not recommended in case of swallowing difficulties!
