Plantain and echinacea have a soothing effect on the throat, pharynx and vocal cords. Star anise has a soothing effect on the throat and respiratory tract, and supports the immune system.
Preparation suggestion: boil a tea filter for approx. with 2.5-3 dl of water and let it stand for 15-20 minutes. It can be flavored with honey if desired.
Recommended dosage: 2-3 cups of tea per day are recommended.
Warning:
Echinacea is not recommended for pregnant and lactating mothers.
