On his first inspector mission, Arawn, the death priest, investigates the strange and unexpected death of his former teacher in a hidden temple.
It soon becomes clear that the members of the order and the ancient walls are hiding something, and it seems that there is no escape for Arawn from the temple of Orm Hillless. The whole place is surrounded by an evil, otherworldly aura, in which Lentúr, the monster from hell, rules and controls everything and everyone.
Arawn and his loyal assistant Zaub prove to be too little to defeat the beast and his followers, but there is something or someone within the stout walls of the old temple who can be their ally: Reaper Death, a weapon with its own consciousness and magical powers.
The death priest is also helped by his love, Hythe, the ghost girl, but as soon as a beautiful, flesh-and-blood woman appears on the scene, the ghost girl's cruel and harsh self also becomes more and more apparent. In the meantime, Lentúr becomes stronger, and his only goal is to destroy the inspector.
