This Delock connector is suitable for SATA hard disks or SSDs. It can be integrated into a system, for example for use with a mobile rack. The patented NSS (= Non Scratch SATA) technology has an integrated spring mechanism on one of the 22-pin sides, which allows the hard drive to be ejected. For this reason, the hard drive must be fixed in a frame, otherwise the connector would release the hard drive in a short time. Thanks to NSS technology, the connector is protected every time it is inserted, as it avoids scratching the contacts. The 22 pin connector will be soldered to the PCB at a 90 degree angle.
