    Product description

    This Delock PCI Express card adds four external serial RS-232 ports to your computer, each fitted with a DB9 male connector. Two ports sit on the main bracket and two more on a separate rear bracket, giving you connections for devices such as scanners, printers or mice that use a serial interface.

    The card is built around the ASIX AX99100 chipset and is compatible with the 16C950 UART. It offers a 256-byte FIFO buffer and data transfer rates of up to 230.4 Kb/s. It plugs into a PCI Express x1 slot, version 2.0.

    Low-profile brackets are included, so the card can also be installed in a Mini PC.
