The Datalogic Skorpio X40 industrial handheld terminal is designed for retail, light warehouse and manufacturing environments. Its compact, balanced design reduces fatigue even during long shifts. The Qualcomm QCM4490 octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.4 GHz, 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of Flash storage provides performance.

The 4-inch touch screen has a WVGA (480×800) resolution, LED backlight and 450 cd/m² brightness. The built-in DE2121-DL scanner engine reads both 1D and 2D barcodes from a distance of up to 10 meters. Datalogic's patented Green Spot technology visually confirms a successful reading.
