Newly developed MACH2 internal ventilation system to protect the device and furniture. The extremely quiet axial fan draws in cool air over a large area. Then blow it out through the enlarged ventilation channels on the two sides. Thanks to the side outlet, there is no need for a difficult-to-create ventilation opening at the front of the furniture.

Easy to install

Just place the hob in the worktop cutout, no screws or tools required. The fixing clips keep the hob fixed and stable. A distance of only 5 mm is required between the hob and the cabinet/oven. No need for a front fan. The hob can be connected to 1, 2 and 3 phases.

Automatic connection (Hob to Hood)

CATA engineers have equipped certain hoods and hobs with a new function, which creates a bluetooth connection between the two devices and automatically regulates the performance of the hood according to the intensity of cooking.

Residual heat display

A warning signal that lights up until the given cooking zone cools down.

Continuous performance level

Whatever power level is chosen during cooking, thanks to the regulation of the ceramic plate, it remains stable and even.

Timer

This function allows the user to set the cooking time on different zones. When the set time expires, the hob switches off with an acoustic signal.

Automatic shutdown

Switch off the hob after 20 seconds of inactivity.

BOOSTER

A function designed to increase the performance of the selected cooking zone. This way, it boils a larger quantity faster.
