Casale Paradiso's risottos contain organic, pure Carnaroli rice and dried vegetables and herbs grown on the company's own land. The risotto does not contain preservatives, additives, flavors and is naturally gluten-free. There is no need for preparation, only spring water, seaweed, and olive oil. Their preparation requires 16-18 minutes of cooking time. Rich in natural flavors, it is ideal for a main family meal or as a side dish. The content of the package is enough to make 4 portions. Vegan, allergen-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, salt-free, GMO-free, preservative-free, additive-free. Preparation: Put the contents of the package in a large non-stick pan and pour 1 liter of hot water (or vegetable stock). Add 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 teaspoons of salt and start cooking on medium heat/high. When the mixture begins to bubble, turn the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally. Cook for about 16-18 minutes. When the water is absorbed, the risotto is ready. Taste it! If you don't find it soft enough, add a little more hot water and continue to cook until the desired consistency is reached. Remove from heat and add butter and grated Parmesan cheese to taste to make it creamier. Mix well and serve. Storage: please store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
