The Bresser Junior Biolux CA 40x–1024x microscope offers young explorers of the microworld a real discovery experience. You can study pre-prepared microscope slides, perform scientific experiments with crustaceans (clams or sea monkeys) and take pictures of each step of the study using your smartphone camera. The microscope inspires children to make scientific discoveries and allows them to take their first steps in the field of microbiology.

The microscope provides magnification between 40x and 640x. Magnification can be extended to 1024x using the included Barlow lens. With this magnification, you can study pre-prepared microscope slides, single cells, and organisms living in a drop of water.

The microscope can be used for transparent and non-transparent samples thanks to its combined illumination. You can set the appropriate lighting mode by turning the selection button on the base of the microscope. You can turn on the upper or lower lighting, or both at the same time. The microscope is suitable for home or school laboratory use as it runs on standard AA batteries.

The kit includes the accessories and tools needed for the experiments and a crayfish incubator (for salt crabs or sea monkeys). The kit includes a special adapter that allows you to attach the smartphone to the eyepiece. Thanks to this, your child can take pictures of his experiments with the camera and share them with his friends. The kit also comes with a hard case with comfortable tabs on one side for transporting and storing the microscope and accessories.
