    Product description

    The Brabantia Tasty+ Slice & Dice peeling knife in dark grey is a precise tool for everyday kitchen tasks. Its blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel, X50CrMoV15, hardened to ice-hard grade, which helps it keep a sharp edge over time and resist corrosion. At around 9 cm, the blade is well suited to delicate work on cucumbers, fruit and potatoes, including peeling, cleaning and precise cutting.

    The ergonomic handle is made of dark grey plastic and fits comfortably in the hand. An integrated finger guard helps prevent the hand from slipping. With a total length of 20 cm and a weight of 66 g, the knife is light yet controlled in use.

    The knife contains 14% recycled material and is fully recyclable. Cleaning is simple: a soft, damp cloth is sufficient.
