The Brabantia Tasty+ Slice & Dice bread knife is designed for loaves with a crisp crust, such as sourdough, baguettes and wholemeal bread. Its long, fluted stainless steel blade cuts through the hard crust with ease while keeping the soft crumb intact. The result is even slices, and crumbling is kept to a minimum.

The blade is made from deep-tempered X50CrMoV15 steel, which holds its edge well with regular use. The ergonomic handle sits comfortably in the hand, and the integrated finger guard adds safety when cutting firmer loaves that require more pressure.

The polypropylene handle has a black, silk-matt finish. Cleaning is simple: a soft, damp cloth is sufficient, and hand washing is recommended. Around 38% of the material is recycled, and the knife is fully recyclable at the end of its life.
