    The Brabantia Profile Slice & Dice bread knife is designed for slicing bread and handles crusty loaves as well as soft interiors thanks to its stainless steel X50CrMoV15 blade. The blade is cryogenically hardened and has a serrated edge that cuts cleanly without squashing the bread. The knife weighs 355 g and sits securely in the hand thanks to its ergonomic black plastic handle.

    The silk-matt finish resists scratches and is easy to keep clean. The sturdy construction gives you stable control while cutting. Besides bread, the knife is suited to rolls, baguettes and other baked goods with a firm crust and soft centre.

    The knife is made from 40% recycled material and is 100% recyclable. It belongs to the Brabantia Profile range of kitchen tools and is a practical companion for breakfast and dinner alike.
