The PerfectFry sensor continuously regulates the temperature during frying and adjusts it precisely if necessary.

PanBoost heats pans and coated cookware faster without worrying about damage from too high a temperature. The PanBoost function can be selected on the user interface. So the dish is ready to bake within 30 seconds.

Sometimes a little extra kick comes in handy when cooking. Our induction hobs with the improved PowerBoost function work with even more power for faster cooking. Thus, for example, 2 liters of water boil almost 50% faster than with conventional glass-ceramic hobs.

Programmed for the perfect result

Using MoveMode makes cooking completely instinctive and convenient. For example, we start cooking the soup at level 9, then cook it at level 5, then keep it warm at level 1, and on traditional hotplates we set the power ourselves. Now the FlexInduction and CombiInduction hobs together with MoveMode do this task for you, you only have to change the position of the pot to adjust the power. By turning on MoveMode, the zones can be divided into three separate areas, with the preset levels 1, 5 and 9.

It doesn't matter if you use one or more pots, place them behind one another or next to each other - with Bosch Flex Induction, the choice is yours. You can use your stove as a traditional induction hob, e.g. with four separate cooking zones, or you can create two large connected cooking zones at the push of a button. This allows you to manage even more space where you can place your larger kitchen appliances, such as your roaster. But you can also place accessories used for baking, such as grill toppings.

The total width of the extremely user-friendly DirectSelect Premium control panel is 30 cm. Power levels and other functions can be set intuitively and simply with a single touch. The user interface displays only the functions you need. The control interface is not visible when it is switched off, thus contributing to the clean and elegant appearance of the hob.

The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the pot and automatically displays the appropriate cooking zone on the control panel. You can start right away and select the desired cooking level without waiting.

Controlling the hob has become simple.
