The HRG7764B1 is a 60 x 60 cm, 71 liter capacity, energy class A+ oven that includes a number of innovative technologies and sensors for perfect baking and cooking results.

Main Baking and Comfort Functions
Digital Control Ring (Digitaler Bedienring) and TFT Touch Display:

The oven is controlled with a modern, large, color TFT touch display and an intuitive, digital control ring.

Steam Support/Steam Boost:

By adding a burst of steam, the food is extremely crispy on the outside (e.g. the crust of bread), while the inside remains juicy and soft. Water is supplied from an external water tank (the tank is integrated into the control panel).

4D heat injection:

The even distribution of heat allows you to bake in the oven on up to four levels at the same time with the same, perfect result (e.g. several baking trays at the same time).

20 Heating Modes:

A wide selection for different cooking techniques, including: 4D Air Blowing, bottom/top baking, AirFry (air baking), grill, pizza level, gentle baking (Sanftgaren), regeneration (steaming) and keeping warm.

AirFry Function:

It allows you to fry food such as potatoes or vegetables in a low-fat, crispy way directly in the oven (using the AirFry & Grill baking sheet).

Intelligent Sensors and Utilities
PerfectBake Plus Oven Sensor:

Automatic sensor that measures the humidity in the oven and tells you exactly to the second when the cake or bread is perfectly baked.

PerfectRoast Plus Core Thermometer:

An advanced three-point core thermometer that constantly monitors the inside of the meat. It automatically calculates the remaining cooking time and switches off the oven when the desired internal temperature is reached.

Assist Function:

Intelligent baking assistant that automatically suggests the ideal temperature and cooking time for the selected food.

Cleaning and Other
Pyrolytic + Hydrolytic Self-Cleaning:

Pyrolysis: Burns greasy dirt at high temperatures (the dirt turns into ash, which can be easily wiped off).

Hydrolysis (Hydrolyse): Cleaning with steam, which is used to loosen minor impurities.

Home Connect:

The oven can be connected to the smartphone via Wi-Fi. It allows you to control it remotely, check the status of the oven and offers a lot of recipe suggestions through the app.

SoftClose/SoftOpen door:

Soft closing and opening oven door.

This Serie 8 model offers significantly more automated functions, more advanced sensors and a modern user interface (TFT touch display) than the previous Serie 6 model.
