Product description
We do not choose our thoughts. We didn't decide what they should be. We can only decide whether we believe them or not. This book is not about religion. It's not about how you should live or what you should believe. This is not another self-help book. This book is simply about how to relate to your thoughts and feelings so that your life becomes better. Maybe I'm Wrong is Björn Natthiko Lindeblad's story of how he leaves his promising career in economics to become a Buddhist forest monk, then returns to Sweden after seventeen years of monastic life - lost, jobless and moneyless, falling straight into depression. That then, thanks to his studies and a supportive environment, he finds the way forward, which results in him becoming a successful meditation instructor and speaker. In 2018, Björn was diagnosed with an incurable disease known as ALS, resulting in his euthanasia in January 2022 surrounded by his loved ones. In his book written with two friends and colleagues, he writes not only about what his far from ordinary life taught him, but also about what remains important even when everything is over.
