How to consume BioTechUSA 100% Pure Whey?

Suggested use: Mix 1 portion (28 g = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water in a mixing bottle. On training days, consume 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On rest days, take 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
