      ORGANIC BIO QUINOA PUFFED Quinoa is a South American cereal, the Incas considered it the Mother of Seeds. It is mainly grown in Peru and Bolivia, especially in the more rocky and saline areas. It grows up to 180 cm, its leaves resemble spinach, and the seeds are produced at the top of the stem by this - still - unknown plant. Its seed is a small, ivory-colored pearl grain similar in size to millet.
