The grapes will be dried by machine and cleaned by hand. To prevent the grains from sticking together, cover them with a thin layer of oil. It is dismantled at the end of the process.

Raisins, as dried grapes, carry the valuable properties of grapes in a concentrated form. Our ancient cultural plant, which deserves an important place in our diet. It is one of the most natural substances we can use for sweetening.
