    This organic blue spirulina powder, 60 g, is a food supplement made from the alga Spirulina platensis, grown in clean water. The phycocyanin is purified through water extraction and membrane separation. It is vegan, non-GMO, and free from preservatives, artificial flavourings and colourings.

    Blue spirulina is rich in antioxidants, mainly phycocyanin, which may help protect cells from damage caused by free radicals. Its high protein and chlorophyll content makes it a suitable addition to a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. Unlike green spirulina, it has no fishy smell or taste.

    The recommended daily intake is 1.5 g, divided into two or three portions, taken before meals with plenty of liquid. This food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
