Soak the mushrooms in water for approx. for 60 minutes. Strain and discard the soaking water. Rinse the mushrooms under fresh running water and clean them. Avoid raw contact with other foods (this must be observed to avoid hygiene risks). Cook in fresh water for at least 10 minutes. Filter the water, season to taste, then fry in a wok with onions and soy sauce, for example.
