For soup: Cook the pasta in enough water for approx. for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and add the noodles to the soup of your choice. For baking: Cook the dough in enough water for approx. for 4 minutes or soak in a warm water bath (70-80°C) covered for approx. for 10 minutes. Then rinse briefly with cold water and drain. Use it for baking.
