The Beurer Digital TENS/EMS EM 1 RELIEF+ is an innovative electrostimulation device that combines TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) technologies. The TENS function provides drug- and side-effect-free pain relief, while EMS is used to support muscle training and regeneration.

The device offers 64 pre-programmed applications in TENS/EMS/massage modes, as well as 6 individually customizable programs. The intensity can be adjusted between 0-50, and the treatment time between 5-100 minutes.

The compact, anthracite-colored device has an LCD display, automatic shut-off, and a belt clip. The package includes the device, 2 connecting cables, 4 adhesive electrodes, 3 AAA batteries and a storage bag.
