Bergen Proteines are white chocolate pralines filled with a soft peanut cream, made without added sugar. Each praline combines a crisp white chocolate shell with a filling that contains around 30% protein. The sweetness comes from the sweetener maltitol, so the product contains only the sugars naturally present in its ingredients.

The box holds three individually wrapped pralines shaped like peanuts, 50 g in total. The coating is made from white chocolate, milk powder and rapeseed oil, while the filling uses milk protein isolate, sunflower oil and roasted peanuts. The manufacturer notes that traces of gluten, other tree nuts, sesame and egg may be present.
