Aeroperfect ™ is a combination of a special fan and a modified oven that provides a steady baking. The heat is distributed to all sides of the food without a difference in temperature, so the food roasts evenly everywhere in the oven. The result: the cookie does not crack, every side of the food is smoothly sprinkled without having to rotate the baking sheet and it also looks perfect and has a perfect taste. More than 300,000 sea animals in the oceans die every year as the effect of discarded waste. To contribute to the decline in this number, we focused on production from recycled materials. Thus, the Beko ovens offer parts such as door parts and displays that are made by recycling fishing nets and industrial waste. Thus, in 2019 and 2020, we were able to recycle 71 tons of waste, contributing to environmental sustainable development.
