The dear reader has an unusual edition in her hands: writer Ágnes Bálint (Raisins, Megint Raisins, Raisins and Tádé, A Futrinka Street, Frakk, Kukori and Kotkoda, Vízipók, csodapók, Balladóróssa, Fündér a vonaton, etc.) her childhood fairy tale written at the age of fourteen .
Its hero is a little Seleverdi fairy born from a Californian poppy flower, who, true to her American origins, is fond of the modern achievements of the time (that is, the 1930s). His friend is a lazy hedgehog, Péter Pál, with whom he experiences all kinds of adventures. He visits the stratosphere, then dives into the fish king's underwater kingdom, then performs in a circus, participates in the flower queen election... and the rest, and the rest... until he and his friends manage to find their way home to the fairy queen mother.
Simonidesz Hajnalka was inspired by the young writer's original drawings to create the magical illustrations.
