    This Ázsia Miso Paste in the light variety is a Japanese seasoning paste made from fermented soybeans, suited to soups, sauces and marinades. The 400 g pack gives you enough paste to add savoury depth to everyday cooking.

    Light miso has a milder, slightly sweet flavour compared with darker types, which makes it a good match for fish dishes, vegetables and Asian-style recipes. It can be stirred straight into hot stock or used as the base of a dressing.
