The Axagon ADR-207 Active USB 2.0 Extending Cable is ideal for connecting your computer with USB devices at 7.5 meters lengths such as mouse, keyboard, webcam, printer, scanner, plotter and others. The active USB repetition cable enhances the transferred signal and allows the USB device to be connected at a much longer distance than the passive cable would allow. The range of the cable can be further increased by connecting additional cables successively.

The great advantage of the ADR-207 cable is the built-in additional power connector. In most cases, the power supply is sufficient through the USB bus, but with more power -intensive devices, the USB power supply may be insufficient and the power supply can solve this problem.

The exceptionally compact repetition cable house allows you to use any problem -free use in electric assembly ducts or cable systems. The use of a high quality shielded cable provides high data transfer speed and minimal interference.

Power supply:

- The cable and the connected devices are powered by a USB bus (5V 500mA bus mode).

- The active part of the cable contains a connector (Ø 3.5 x 1.3 mm external X internal diameter) to the 5 V / 1-2 for the additional external power supply.
-A 1.2 m long USB A-M / 3.5 mm Jack connector cable in the package. The cable allows power supply from a standard mobile phone charger with a USB-A output of 5V / min. 1a, eg. Axagon ACU-QC18.
