AXAGON EEM2-SC RIBBED is an aluminum external housing for M.2 PCIe (NVMe) SSD drives with USB 10Gbps (USB 3.1) interface. Thanks to the double-sided USB-C connector, a stable and fast data connection is ensured, the transfer speed can reach 10 Gb/s. The package also includes a 30 cm USB-C to USB-C cable.

The housing can be opened without screws, so the M.2 SSD can be replaced easily and quickly. It supports both single-sided and double-sided M.2 drives in sizes 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280. Compatible with UASP, TRIM and S.M.A.R.T. functions and is also suitable for booting.

The ribbed aluminum casing provides excellent cooling, preventing speed reduction (Thermal Throttling). The black metal housing has a fingerprint-free surface. It is powered via a USB bus, a single port is sufficient. Blue LED indicates connection and data transfer.
