The USB-C connector of the case ensures a reliable connection. The package also includes a USB-C -> USB-C cable that allows you to connect the case to a computer.
Thanks to the USB 20Gbps interface, the transfer speed can be up to 20 Gb/s. To take advantage of the maximum speed of the case, the device controller must be compatible with the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 standard. These controllers are typically found in gaming laptops and modern desktop computers. The M.2 external case also supports modern features such as UASP, TRIM and S.M.A.R.T. it also provides status monitoring and standby support in idle mode.

The advantage of the case is that it can hold SSD cards of four different lengths – 30, 42, 60 and 80 mm. M.2 drives can be single-sided or double-sided, and the case does not limit the capacity of the inserted SSD. The case opens easily with a single screw, making installing and removing the M.2 SSD quick and easy. This allows for example data transfer, testing and other tasks.

The aluminum case and thermal pad provide excellent cooling for the M.2 SSD. The side vents allow sufficient air flow, which extends the life of the case and prevents the SSD from slowing down ("Thermal Throttling"). The silicone protective case provides additional protection against impacts, prevents slipping on the table and provides a comfortable grip. The metal housing has an elegant black color that resists fingerprints.

By inserting the M.2 SSD, you can create a fast, compact and universal external drive. The case can also be used with computers, laptops, mobile phones and tablets.
