The compact high-speed AXAGON ADE-SRC adapter simply converts a USB-C 3.1 Gen 1 port into a Gigabit Ethernet 10/100/1000Mbit port.

In addition to gigabit throughput, the network card offers a wide range of additional functions: e.g. IPv4/IPv6 checksum to reduce CPU load caused by check calculations, crossover detection and autocorrection, TCP large send offload, different Wake-on-LAN function modes, working with VLAN, or advanced Power Management functions.

For modern operating systems after Windows 8.1, the adapter enables simple and automatic installation without an Internet connection.

The gigabit network card expands the computer with a fast network connection, replaces the missing network RJ-45 connector, provides a new network card, or replaces the original non-working network connection.

Support for current versions of Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux operating systems allows it to be used on any modern desktop, laptop, or ultrabook equipped with a double-sided USB Type-C input. Some phones and tablets using the Android operating system, such as the Samsung 9+, can be easily connected to the Internet with the help of an Ethernet cable.
