The FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE provides high-speed Internet via mobile networks. No matter how good your current reception is, the 6890 always provides maximum speed for both UMTS (3G) and LTE (4G). The 6890 can also be used on DSL connections, in which case LTE serves as a backup if the DSL connection is lost. Video on demand, music streaming and IP TV are distributed within the home network in an instant thanks to the gigabit LAN and two high-band high-speed wireless networks.

Fast Internet at all times
With download speeds of up to 300 Mbps, big software updates will be ready in a flash. Gigabit ports and modern smart WiFi ensure fast connections in the home network. In this way, video on demand, music streaming and IP TV are immediately shared in the home network. The smartphone will also be able to take advantage of it for home use, as it provides access to data transfer applications to connect to the LTE router. The 6890 LTE can also be used on a DSL connection. If the DSL connection is interrupted, the box automatically switches to the mobile connection.

It makes the call fun
Together with the FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE, you can connect all telephones, whether IP, ISDN or analogue, with a complete telephone system. With FRITZ!App Fon, you can easily make calls on your smartphone over the wired network. The app notifies you of calls and voice messages when you're on the go. The answering machine and fax function, including faxing, provide additional convenience.

Smart Wi-Fi
Model 6890 is based on Multi-User MIMO wireless networking, so videos, music and photos can be distributed over the home network from your smartphone, tablet or other handheld computer. Unlike the continuous transmission with individual devices of the past, data streams are now distributed simultaneously to achieve faster wireless LAN speeds. As a result, the 6890 achieved transfer speeds of 1733 Mbps on the 5 GHz band and 800 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band.
