Product description
The mixture has a pleasant cooling and refreshing effect thanks to the following ingredients:
Peppermint: Peppermint oil is also an indispensable remedy for various respiratory diseases, which can be treated with inhalants, breathing-relieving sauna oils, cough syrups and suppositories, medicated candies with a breathing-relieving effect, or it is used as a component of breathing-relieving chest creams and rubs.
Rosemary: As one of its external applications, breathing relief can be mentioned, for which purpose it is used together with other essential oils as an active ingredient in ointments.
Eucalyptus: can also be used as a component of air freshening mixtures that refresh, improve mood and help focus attention.
In relation to sauna, it is important to know that essential oils exert their effects mostly through inhalation. In addition to their favorable physiological effects (e.g. disinfecting the airways and improving their patency), they can positively influence emotions and mood. For sauna use, add 2-5 drops of the essential oil mixture to the water in the pouring spoon, then pour it on the hot stones.
In a dry-warm sauna, the effects of essential oils on the respiratory tract, the nervous system and emotions prevail, and in a steam bath, the vapor of essential oils on the skin can have a particularly beneficial effect on the skin and subcutaneous tissues.
Attention!
Sauna use is contraindicated in certain cases (e.g. heart and circulation diseases, inflammatory diseases, acute joint disorders, respiratory diseases, pregnancy, fever, etc.), so consult your family doctor before taking a sauna. Essential oils are flammable, so they should not be poured directly onto the hot stones, mixed with alcohol, or stored in the working sauna! When using them, think about possible individual oil sensitivities, and after use, make sure to thoroughly ventilate the sauna chamber!
