Cinnamon oil
Cinnamomum cassia
100% pure, tested essential oil.
Woody-spicy scented essential oil for diffuser. Its effect is confirmed by folk medicine data.
What is it good for?
Inhalation of the essential oil obtained from the inner bark of the Ceylon cinnamon tree can reduce complaints associated with respiratory and oral diseases. We can take advantage of its toning and skin reddening effect as an ingredient in massage oils. Do not use undiluted.
How do we use it?
For air freshening, steaming, swimming, inhaling, skin care, aroma baths.
Vaporization: put 1 drop of clove, thyme, and cinnamon oil into the water-filled part of the aroma lamp, into the vaporizer, or into the diffuser.
For skin care: dissolve 10 drops of oil in 50 ml of base oil and massage gently into your skin. It can be used for the daily care of dry and normal skin, but should be used with caution in the case of sensitive skin, as it may cause skin redness.
As a mouthwash: dissolve 1 ml of cinnamon oil in 9 ml of 70% ethyl alcohol. Immediately after brushing teeth, mix 10-15 drops of this solution with water and rinse thoroughly with this mixture several times. The use of mouthwash prepared in this way can reduce complaints caused by inflammation of the mucous membrane and canker sores.
Against orange skin: dissolve 4 drops of grapefruit and 2 drops of cinnamon essential oil in 30 ml of calendula or almond oil and thoroughly massage the affected area with the mixture.
What should you mix it with?
Base oils (e.g. almond oil), clove, grapefruit, mandarin, thyme.
