45/2014. (II. 26.) Pursuant to the Government Decree, the product cannot be returned after delivery for reasons of health protection or hygiene; therefore, the 14-day right of return does not apply to this product.
§ 29 (1) The consumer may not exercise his right according to § 20 (consumer's right of withdrawal) e) with respect to a product with closed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
The Seller is not responsible for the fulfillment of the Buyer's legally prescribed obligations, that is the responsibility of the Buyer. The distributor's responsibility is limited to information on intended use and to the delivered goods.
