    This raw acacia honey is 100% pure honey made from acacia blossom nectar. It has not been heated above 40°C and has not been pasteurised, so it retains its natural enzymes, vitamins and minerals. It has a very light, almost transparent colour and a smooth, light texture.

    With its high fructose content and neutral flavour, it is a natural sweetener for yoghurt, tea and fruit juices, without altering their natural taste. It contains antioxidant and antimicrobial components, as well as several essential amino acids and vitamins.
