2. Can the phone case affect wireless charging?

For optimal wireless charging, we recommend using official Apple magnetic cases. Avoid non-magnetic or metal cases thicker than 2.5mm and remove any magnets, cards or handles as they interfere with charging.

3. Why can't my phone reach 15W wireless charging power and why doesn't the charging circle appear?

Make sure your iPhone (series 13 or later) is running iOS 17.2. for optimal loading and display; this power bank is not compatible with Android. Please note that if the USB-C port is also charging a device, the wireless charging power will be reduced to 5W.

4. Why does the external battery charge less than expected?
